Caustic soda, the chemical formula is NaOH. It is a very corrosive alkali. In the transportation of caustic soda solution, the material requirements of the pump are very high. YONJO's IH series chemical pumps are made of SS304, SS316, 2205 duplex stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and is very suitable as a caustic soda pump.
IH caustic soda pumps are horizontal, single-stage, volute casing pumps with dimensions and nominal ratings to ISO2858 of process type. The pump design permits dismantling of complete bearing unit towards the drive end, without the pump casing having to be disconnected from the piping. If a spacer coupling is used it is also unnecessary to disconnect the motor.
